Who is responsible
This website is operated by Z Matchbox Company. For any privacy question or request, email info@zmatchboxcompany.com.
Information you send us
When you use the project inquiry form, we receive the details you enter:
- your name and email address;
- your company name, if you provide it;
- the service you are interested in, your project description, and — if you choose to share them — your timeline.
We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss a possible project with you. It is not used for marketing lists and it is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
How it is delivered
The form does not save your message in a database on the website. The website's server sends it to our inbox as an email, using our email provider's secure mail server. Your message then stays in that inbox only for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting project, and is deleted once it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Spam protection
To prevent abuse, the form checks for automated submissions and limits how often it can be used. For this, the server keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address together with the time of the request. This record cannot be turned back into your IP address, is not linked to your message and is deleted automatically after one hour.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when pages are requested — such as the IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the website running, and are kept according to the hosting provider's policies.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load fonts, scripts or media from other companies' servers. If you switch the sound on, your browser remembers that choice on your own device only.
Links to other services
Links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp take you to those services. Once you follow them, their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you from your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@zmatchboxcompany.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If the website starts handling information differently — for example, by adding analytics — this notice will be updated first.
